AMF was extended a personal invitation from the President of the United States to attend a briefing in the Roosevelt Room of the White House. On October 20, 2006, the Founder of AMF attended this meeting with 13 other organizations working in support of the military and their families. Each of the representatives was afforded time to discuss their efforts and each had the undivided attention of President Bush. He was anxious to learn what the various organizations were doing and he wanted to extend his personal thanks and appreciation to each of them. AMF was honored to be invited to this very important event. We sincerely thank President Bush and the White House staff for providing us with this wonderful opportunity. It was a privilege and an honor to share this time with the President of the United States.
