He is a member and past chairman of the Colorado Board of Veterans Affairs, past chairman of the State Veterans Nursing Home Commission, Past State Commander of The American Legion Department of Colorado, a member of the National Executive Committee for The American Legion, and Vice President of the United Veterans Committee of Colorado. Ralph believes that a true veteran is one who has honorably served our nation, and continues in service to the community, state and nation.
